What are you using for light, I would say a couple more weeks and you will see.

there is what they call the 40/60 phenomena. there is a good article on it here (http://www.angelfire.com/cantina/fourtwenty/articles/4060.htm). basically what it says is the first 40% of the time spent in flowering is what is infamously known as "the stretch", or growth in height. the following 60% is spent building the buds.

Give it love, light, and water. Genetics will play a huge role in how big your buds are. Just let her go full term to get max yield.
