The rumor is that they were not paying some state taxes, so they were "violating state law" as well as federal law. Oh. So if they can get someone littering outside a clinic, is that going to give them the green light to go in. Said they were under an investigation. How would they even begin to investigate when they had not been convicted of any state or local violations?

Technically Obama can have every clinic busted. Some of it comes from the nonprofit law. All these places make a substanial amount of money and there is no real legal description of a nonprofit company when it comes to salaries. There is no such thing as nonprofit companies in America. Name virtually any nonprofit org. in the country and the ceo's and upper management are making big bucks.

I just wrote a quick e-mail to the whitehouse asking why the DEA was allowed

to circumvent our state law after stating he wont be spending money circumventing state law. And why he found it necessary to mock and laugh
at the question in reguards to legalizing marijuana at a federal level.
