in need of serious help

i have six two week old plants that are outside but they arnt seeming to grow they are only growing there first set of leaves. how big should they be? i gave them some miracle grow at 1/4 the strength about 4 days ago. what am i doing wrong?

It's hard to just say what's wrong with them by them being outside, need to be more specific...What are you using for soil? What are the temps like? It may still be a bit cold to be outside during the nights, maybe you should try bringing them in at night (if possible). Also, pics are always useful to see......

i am only 16 and live with my dad so bringing them inside is a problem. but if that would help then i might be able to. i will get some pictures soon. the temperature are about 60 lately during the day but it is pretty cold/frosty in the mornings and at night. i dont know what type of soil it is but the pH was 6.5 so i am pretty sure its not the soil. basically what i did is i got seeds and germinated them and all six germinated then i planted them straight in 5 gallon pots and the sprouuted up exactly two weeks ago. they are on top of a moutain where they get sunlight all day long and i water them twice a week once with iracle grow plant food but they just arnt seeming to grow. this is my first time so i dont know what to do.
