Well, its been a while since my last grow but i finally got the seeds together and started.

All seeds sprouted February 16-17

I germinated 11 seeds, 3 in a cup of water, 4 in a wet paper towel inside of a bag, and 4 straight into soil, and the pots are marked accordingly. All the seeds are bagseed, but about 50% of them are Blackberry. 9 out of the 11 seeds sprouted(2 in one pot, i only had 10 pots lol) and 7 are currently living. 2 of them got eaten by either my cat, or a rat about a week in, and one was ripped out of the ground entirely, but was repotted and is still living.

Soil is about 3/1 Whitney farms potting soil: perilite.
Water is regular tap water
Lights are 3 regular old cheap power saving kind(the double-helix type lightbulbs, i dont know the name).

Only one of them is showing sex so far, and its female.

You've got some major stretching going on... You need more lights, and they need to be closer to the plants, as close as you can get them without burning. CFL's and flouro's only work within a couple inches from the plants.

I agree with Bigtopsfinn, you need to get more flouros and put them right over the top of your plant. your plants are trying to reach for the light right now. Other than that it looks good. Oh and another thing you can do, its optional, is put your tap water out overnight so the chlorine chemicals get evaporated. Just an idea.

Yeah i remembered after about a week or two i remembered i have to set the lights a lot closer, and definately get more lights. i just wasnt planning for so many of them to sprout, on my first grow only 4 out of 10 sprouted.

I'm not an expert, but the dark green leaves + droop tells me it's too much nitrogen, and maybe too much water also, or not enough. How often are you watering? Remember the plants need wet/dry cycles.

Better yet, go to the plant problems section, fill out the form as best you can, and put some pics up. There are people here who can help you out, but they usually don't browse around the grow logs.

Good luck
