B2 or B12

Which one is it? I keep reading different ones.

I bought some B12 the other day. And I have these Omni Softgels that have B2 in them.

I have a test tomorrow, I can go anytime, im gunna start off by taking the 4 aspirins 4 hours before, and then take this Omni Cleansing Softgel which has B2 in it. And then of course Im gunna drink the 48 oz. of water.

Should I drink Water or Powerade?

And since the Omni softgel has B2 in it, do I need to take a B12 vitamin too?

Its B2.

You could take the B12 and test and see if it also changes your urine yellow.. and let us know.

The powerade will help with specific gravity more than the water.
