a whole lot of 'dancing around the subject' of laying off the cannabis ... read it again, there's no solid answers, or definitions ... the article even mentions the uncertainty of the present situation ... :smokin: (I see you're a Ron Paul fan, you may not understand the larger words) :D

they aren't claiming to allow states to decriminalize or legalize it. they are just stopping medical marijuana raids. until they start raiding medical marijuana dispensaries again, this is not double talk.

Other than lifitng restrictions on MMJ, they need to get rid of Pelosi before she Californicates the rest of the country.
