They need the revenue from $500 fines. Its always about the greed.

Christopher Hurst was the House chair of the public safety Committee who denied this bill a hearing.Frank Chopp should bear some of the brunt of the decision not to reassign the bill to another committee.

Having a cop chair that committee resulted in a predictable result.
