View Full Version : "V" Shaped Polyploid Secondary, it's an Alien!

Readers of my log knows that one of my little ladies got something strange.

At first, the secondaries on this plant were bigger than usual. But then, in flowering stage, it blown up!!!

Searched on the internet, found nothing, then "oSecretGardeno" found the name of this thing!! Thanks mate!
But I've never found one tht is as insane as mine!!! If you have seen one more insane, please tell me!!

It's called fasciation (fas-see-A-shun)- Mullen, celosia (aka cockscomb) and even some cacti do it. Here's some info on it-

I've had fruit trees that have done this too. Its weird looking.
