So basically It has been 8 days since I last smoked, Ive been taking the GNC products to help cleanse, but I am certainly NOT planning on the GNC thing to work. I have creatine at my house, I need to buy aspirin.

Also, Ive been doing some walking/running the past few days to burn fat, should I stop doing that so that the THC does not spread in my system?

So basically It has been 8 days since I last smoked, Ive been taking the GNC products to help cleanse, but I am certainly NOT planning on the GNC thing to work. THC, being fat soluble and not liquid soluble, cannot be cleansed with liquids. Only time and exercise can do that.
However, all exercising should be avoided 3 days leading up to the U/A. During this period, you want to be lazy as possible to keep THC stored in the fat and not being released in the bloodstream, which would end up in the urine to be detected.

I think what I am going to do is I have two bottles of the Magnum Detox drink, I am going to take one tonight to see if it works and then take a self made drug test, if I pass, I may use this on test day, if I fail, Im going to pray and do the dilute method
