I am going to Korea to teach English and both the government and the company I work for require a drug test.

When I decided to take the job I quit smoking for 21 days, then I cracked and smoked 4 times in 2 days as a final goodbye with my friends. I now have another 20 days between my last smoke and my drug test (March 2) Before I quit I was smoking mostly Friday-Sunday, 2-3 times a day and then taking the weekdays off.

I bought some home drug tests and as expected I tested positive yesterday (10 days since last smoke)

The company requires a full medical on the first day of training. This includes a blood test and blood pressure measurements. I plan to dilute, even if I am testing clean the day before I leave for Korea.

My question is 'Can dilution be detected by the blood test' The dilution sticky refers to taking aspirin, which I will do. However, will that much aspirin show up on my bloodwork or affect my blood pressure?

I don't want to take the aspirin if its going to be suspicious on the bloodwork.

I know this question has been asked a million times, but do you think I will pass based on my stats? I'm thinking that 20 days abstinence plus dilution should work. Is the aspirin really that important?

Sounds like dillution can work for you if you don't want to sub with synthetic urine.
Dillution can not be detected unless you over dillute. Follow the dillution sticky for fluid intake. Gatorade works best for the fluid.
Aspirin causes no problem with a blood test and the thc is already long gone for a blood test.
