looking good, what lights are you flowering with? the buds look big considering your only 2 weeks in.

Nice CFL's and UV light, but what's the actinic light for? Having saltwater coral tanks, I've tried the actinics on cannabis...results were no good.
Flat white walls are a better reflective surface than the foil, which can rip, scatters the light unevenly, can trap moisture between it and the wall, and traps heat.
Other than that the ladies look pretty good.

im flowering them with a 1000 watt hps and 2 bright cfls. ive been flowering for like a month now but they didnt really start until 2 weeks ago. oh and the actinic light worked fine during the small stages but was quickly added to with cfls until i got my hps.

Yes, it usually takes plants about 2 weeks to actually start flowering, but you need to start counting from the day you switch the lights, not when they look like they started flowering. Your probably at 4 weeks or so.
With that said you may need/should transplant if you haven't already cause those coffee cans look small.

Guys, I'm using 1000 wts but just started 5 days ago and suddenly my plant looks dry, Does the heat do that or too much nutes???? using 500 ppm and 5.6 ph, I'm about to install the fan to the light and get AC running... is my plant going to survive or what???

your plants should be fine. just install the cooling fan and keep the place cooled down.
