Now, im not too hot on politics, so forgive any mistake I make.
After being in trouble yet again for minor cannabis possession, ive decided to get political.
After a bit of research it seems to me that us smokers need to vote for the Liberal Democrats in the next UK general election, which should be happening this year, if not then early 2010.
After reading there views on a number of subjects including cannabis, it appears the Lib Dems are very modern and realistic with there policies.
An example of this is that schools would be run differently, with a school being able to be more independent with rules and routines, meaning certain schools can alter they're days individualy to suit student needs.
But now the important bit... cannabis law.
Now as much as i'd like to be living in a country that works like the Netherlands, upgrading cannabis to a class B drug means this is less likely to happen.
The Lib Dems view on cannabis law is simple.
They say it's time to stop this old fashioned 'Drugs are bad, mmmkay' policy, and look at the facts.
They would start by reclassifiing cannabis as class C, and then, as i've been told, look at the possibilities of cannabis becoming available commercially, due to the fact research has shown alcohol is more dangerous than weed, and the current system is unfair to tokers.
Basically, if you want a change, vote for Nick Clegg of the Lib Dems for PM at the next election, and the change will soon be upon us.
