What's up with the link to recourse.infolink.com when you mouse over social networking? What is social networking to you and why do you need this link? Infolink is in test advertising, so why do you need it?

marcnh

OK, that's strange, the link is gone now? Social networking was double underlined and there was a java popup with the mouse over directing me to resource.infolink.com but now it's gone?

DO NOT SEND IN ANY MEDICAL INFORMATION TO ANY POT CLUB GROUP OR ORGANIZATION,UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SET UP LIKE A BOWLING PIN FOR THE ORGANIZED CRIME UNIT TO BOWL YOU OVER.

KEEP TO YOURSELF THE LAW IS WRITTEN TO FAVOR THOSE WHO KEEP TO THEMSELVES.

GOD LAW ENFORCEMENT HATES THAT.THAT IS WHY THEY PUSH FOR A REGISTRY EVERY YEAR.THESE GUYS REGISTER YOU FOR THEM.ALL IT TAKES IS ONE OF THE MEMBERS TO GET BUSTED AND THEY ALL GO DOWN IN A RICO ACT PILE OF PAPERWORK.

THEY SHOULD BE ASKING YOU TO SIGN A HIPAA RELEASE AND CONTACT YOUR DOCTOR FOR INFORMATION.WHEN YOU JOIN A GROUP THAT MAKES MONEY ON ILLEGAL ACTIVITES YOU WILL BECOME PART OF A RICO ACT INVESTIGATION!

CONSIDER YOURSELVES WARNED.

Sandy, when are you talking the med groups that check you out for a card??

There's no need for a card in this state. Dispensaries and co-ops are illegal in this state. Just weigh the issues and decide what you want to do. Also see a lot of the Doctors that push for yearly renewals. Renewals are not required.

I just want to offer that dispensaries and co-ops that are run by actual medical patients for patients should rightly be tolerated. Yeah, I can hear the pros and cons now.

Regardless, if a state gives a citizen the right to use medical marijuana, then they should also give the patient the right to acquire that medication since you can't grow until you get authorized, you are subjected to street deals with shady people and shady medicine, criminals continue to thrive through the street markets, and people who try to provide a safe, secure, reliable medicine are classed the same as street dealers.

When the doctors says it will benefit you, that authorization means right when its signed, not next week, next month, or in three or four months when your grow finally comes in. If its done right.

So what's the problem with dispensaries or co-ops if they try to do what's right? They help people get their medicine, and yes, they do provide jobs even in the non profit environment. If you have problems with that, then you have problems with medical marijuana and its safe access to medical patients.

I agree the laws need to be changed here in Wash. again, and they will. Its just all the focus is being put on the budget right now. Which is a perfect time to focus on the growing of hemp here.

In large metropolitan area's Multi jurisdictional drug task forces target mid to upper level drug dealers. In less populated regions the task forces end up targeting mid to upper and street level offenders.

The task forces that raided me in King County were West Net from Kitsap County and TNET from tacoma.TNET is the major organized crime unit.

Selling clones and pot is illegal.Just because King County task forces don't come after you doesn't mean another task force from another jurisdiction can't...

Sure the co ops can do good things ..but it is not in the law and time is winding down on them.Law enforcement can insert a mole (two were used in cannaclone) and swoop in for the records of all the participants and the rico investigation is on.

The New Mexico drug task forces cant do squat except sit back and let legal registered growers sell to patients with immunity under 885 D.Washington State needs that system badly.

There are some in the legal and law enforcement profession that get highly pissed off when they find someone else pissing in their flowerbed. That goes for task forces outside a given jurisdiction invading the jurisdiction of another uninvited. Like all animals, humans are territorial too. And trying to force one county to spend money they don't want to needlessly spend by another county should piss some people off.

I am on OPRC member & got my card through them. they are still working out a few minor bugs but I am pleased with them.

I found Jeremy & his staff to be very good people & spent several hours with them the day I got my card. The center was quite crowded that day & I got to meet a lot of nice folks in the waiting room.

The doctor was one of the best I have ever been to, he has an extensive background in sports medicine, which is a boon to me with my spinal injury.

Dont think it is too easy though, the doctor spent about 1/2 the visit grilling me on my medical history, all the time taking notes, I thought I was on trial but I figure he was covering all his bases.

The only downside is the need of more reading material in the waiting room but that is easily fixing

Great Post!!!!

You put my rambling bullshit into a very short post!!!

All I Can Say Is Read The Law !!!!

I'm tired of bitching about the illegal advertising!
Just remember clubs and Co-Ops are not mentioned in the WA laws.

Feel Free to send you information to any of the links, just don't believe you will have any legal defense when they get busted and your name is found on their hard-drive.

Stay Legal!!!

GROW YOUR OWN, OR DESIGNATE A PROVIDER!!!
one that is protected under the current laws.
Good Luck!!

Yep. Don't care about dispensaries. As long as people take a couple minutes to educate themselves on the issue, then they can make there own decisions.

How could you possibly of got an OK for MMJ from the VA?
I've got friends that have tried and were told in no uncertain terms that if they popped positive for MJ they were out of there.

My friends that got the MMJ card from the 38th and Pacific location went down to the Olympia Center for Growing classes....the CLASSES WERE FREE and when they finished the classes (3 lessons) the person giving the instructions/teacher gave them 4 clones/starts for free:thumbsup:

The only thing they had to buy was the lights dirt & fert....there are good clone strains available to MMJ patients in Washington that cost them nothing:hippy:

Cool, there are plenty of patient resources in Oregon but patients have been left pretty much on their own here in Washington. The THC-Foundation was off to a good start toward patient-grower interaction but they couldn't provide proper forum supervision so they blew the forum off entirely and left the patients with nothing but a list of distributors. I hope Olympia does better by it's patients..

Just great now we have two clone distributors.Anyone care to bet the same thing happens to cannaclone junior. Same business plan, different pied piper.

These guys are just like the FBI guys selling horse manure and fertilizer, and tracking terorists.

These poor people will be watched and raided. They may go in and take records or they may have access to them already and won't need to.

Oh well,I am sure they will have to pay a lawyer or get a public defender at some point.

This guy will be at hempfest advertising his round up services.Nobody will ask the simple question..is this legal? Desperate for an easy solution..many will fall for the trap. The Movement leader has already accused a DEA snitch of infiltrating cannaclone junior on his website.

I anticipate another article in the paper at some point.

Right on, patient-growers should be giving free cuts to other patient growers, new and experienced. I always make cuts available to any patient who asks at no charge, no need to make a bussiness out it.

Wrong, somebody doesn't have to be out paving the way in the newspapers and blogs. They can do it under the fucking radar. Some of you dorks need to go see the wizard and go get a brain before you need to be shot!.

Unless you geniuses can show me in the law where you can distribute clones, you are just plain being stupid getting on a blog or getting an article in the paper about distributing clones.

I wonder how many cops spend their day just waiting for some juicy tidbit to pop up on this forum? If there is just one, he or she's wasting taxpayer money and needs to be out on the street catching some of the real bad guys. Or just given a pink slip with the budget cuts. Let them watch at home where they can't do any damage.

Yeah you are.

How about showing up in olympia to get them to allow the clone distribution legally.Everybody likes to bitch about Oregon but they have a better law in that regard.Or how about advocating getting hempfest to switch thier date to allow signatures to be gathered for another initiative?

Proclaiming on the web or in the papers "Hey everybody come to me I got clones or pot" is just plain dumb.It is illegal. You are nothing more than a cow taking a dump on the little bird trying to keep the poor little bird warm.Hopefully you are not the wolf that picks the little bird out of the cowpie to eat him.

Hey Guerrillagrow.... I'm new to the forum and am also a VET who needs alternative medicine from what they want to push on me. Did you really get a form from the VA? I can't seem to get much out of them other than a bunch of hoops to get my own records to me. PLease tell me how you were able to get the form. It would be greatly appreciated from one Vet to the next!!! Thanks for your help.
