Hi there. I have been searching across the bored and well, maybe im just not looking hard enough. Im going to be taking a trip to So-Cal here in a couple weeks and was wondering whether my Oregon med card would be valid if I were to visit a dispensary.

Anyone have any answer for this question? Thank you

No, California has no reciprocity agreement with other states. You would have to go to a California doctor to get it recommended to cover your stay.

now, I'm not saying this is true, but I've heard, you must be a California resident to obtain a Doctor's marijuana recommendation ... something you may want to research, also ...

5. I am visiting California. Can I use medical marijuana while I am there?
Only if you have a recommendation from a California-licensed doctor.

7. I will be attending college in California in the fall but I'm not a CA resident yet, am I still eligible for 215 treatment?
Only if you have a legitimate medical need that is recommended or approved by a California physician.
