Okay so Im going to wally world in like 20 mins,
I need to know exactly what I need to get for cfls.
What would work good for a plant to grow from start to finish.

What exactly should I look for when buying them, Like the wattage and lumens.

100watts and daylight bulbs will do

5000 kelvin color temp and highest lumens you can find should be a good all around cfl

lots of cfl packages don't have the K (kelvin) temperature rating on it.

5000k(cool white)-6500k (daylight) is great for vegging

3000K (warm white) great for flowering
