Need some serious advice:

I'm 5'0, weight about 90lbs, and female. I consider myself a heavy smoker, been smoking for about 15 years, took a year break about 8 years back and have been smoking since on a daily basis. oh yeah and i don't excercise.

I will get tested about a month from today. I've never been tested before and just super paranoid. Theres sooo much stuff on this forum and not sure which one i should trust or which measure i should take. Any and all suggestions will be very Thankful.

Confused..

If you don't smoke until the test I think you'll be fine.

When I was 6'1" and 240 pounds and a very heavy smoker, it only took 3 1/2 weeks to test clean.
If you feel like you have to do something I'd prescribe exercise every day up to 3 days before the test.
Loaf and eat well for those last days to keep whatever remains in body fat, out of the loop.
And, of course, avoid even second hand smoke until the test.

Buy a test kit at the drugstore and start testing yourself for the last week.
You'll look a lot less nervous at the actual test, once you have passed at home.

Here's a handy tip.
When you get back from the "fluid donation", resist the urge to celebrate.
Wait at least a week before indulging.

It's not common, but retest requests happen for a number of reasons.
Had a friend just get caught by that.
She refused a second test and the job offer was withdrawn.:(

(Oh the stupidity of it all. 3 of my very stoned stoner buddies crunched the numbers that saved the moon mission in the '60s.
They were ripped to the tits, but focussed.
2 of them are still with NASA.)

In short, relax, I'm pretty sure you'll be OK.

Aloha,
Weezard

O.K. here's tupenny. :twocents:

I guess Yoga is fine, for exercise.

For burning fat? Not so much.
Aerobic would be mo' betta.
'course from your stats, there's not a lot of fat to burn.
So, I wouldn't sweat it.:D

You are quite fortunate to have this much warning of the test.
I figure some companies don't really care if you smoke a little.
But, they do want to be sure that you have the personal discipline to refrain when necessary.
Can't fault 'em for that.

As for the home testers, sorry, can't help you. :(
I learned about them by reading the threads here.
You might want to try the search engine.
Asking and waiting is less efficient than sorting through existing answers, ya?:)

Disclaimer:
The weezards opinions are worth twice what they cost ya.

So, ya owe me :twocents::twocents:;)

Good luck wit' it

Cheap place for THC test strips are over on ebay. They generally run about $1.30 each and are JUST AS reliable as the ones the labs use.

In regards to your earlier post, you should trust the methods discussed here which have the biggest "bragging rights" amongst most here. Each person is different and it's a great thing you have time on your hands. This will be a good "experiment" to see how long it takes to clean up following some of the suggestions here. Doing the right things can help decrease detoxing time frame. You have to try things out and find ones for you. That's part of practicing. I would "assume" there's no need in wasting a test strip over the next 10 days or so. Take that time to read EVERYTHING here. Take notes on what helped others repeatly. EXERCISE....EXERCISE...EXERCISE as much as you can....but it has to be good sweaty cardio to get the fatty tissue burning off.

I don't think the OP needs advice to exercise more. Sounds dangerous to me actually. Look at the post again.
