if one plant is mature enough to be set to flowering

and 2 plants of myn aint ready to be flowerd what should i do.....

wait for the other 2 or jus set them all to flower?

define "ready for flowering" vs "not ready for flowering" for me would you? I'm not exactly sure what you mean by either statement.

Kind of depends on the age difference. If it's not more than 2 weeks?...I'd wait. If you do that?...don't let the older plant get rootbound.

Actually, don't let any of the plants get rootbound (roots growing out the drain holes)
