Soil help

Hey everyone, i am starting my new project indoors, and I need someone to tell me some good soil mixtures (cant get fox farm)

I usually use 60% Potting Soil(sterilized is best), 15% Perlite, 10%Builder's Sand(drainage), 10% Worm Castings and 5% of whatever you want to try....
