First Grow need some feed back!!!

hey this is my first grow and im growing in this cabinet under my sink. haha i will move it to a bigger place when needed i just wanted to get some feed back and see if i needed to do anything differently. the plant is just about 4 weeks old and im pretty sure its a female too. i wanted to know if i could go into flowering soon, about another week, and how much bud people thought i might get.

Looks healthy , probly could go into flower like you plan. I'd think about a bit of LST if you can, its a good easy way to help increase your yeild.

how would i go about the LST? im not familar with it..
