Hey All.. Here's my new thread on my NLxSkunk Grow. I can't seem to find my old thread, but oh well :D

Here's some pictures of my 5 babies at 18 days. Does anyone think they are growing slow? To me it seems they are but who knows. They look healthy.. I gave them some ferts 30-10-10 at low strength about a week ago. Maybe that was too early. Any advise on how much to feed them and when to feed, please let me know! I'd like to start flowering at the end of December. I germinated the seeds on the 21st of November, so they will be about 40 days old.. Just hope they triple in size by then or I don't think I should flower them by then. Anyways, gotta go but look forward to some replies! Later

Baby pics are 8 days old from seed
Other pics are at 18 days old

They actually look pretty healthy even though they do look quite small. I think 30-10-10 is probably too much right now but you did want to give it some ferts. Try to find ferts that are higher in nitrogen and lower phosp. and potassium. What type of lights are you using? I dont think you would be able to flower in 3 weeks unless they grew at least another foot.

Heyyy, I thought 30-10-10 might be too much, i have a 2-5-2 "root stimulater" for seedlings and cuttings but I didn't know if that was too low in N.. I also have a 5-7-5 and a 10-10-10. Which should I go with? Should I flush the lil babies tonight, let the soil dry and then add one of the ferts above? I have them under a 400w hps for 12 hours a day with my other flowering plants, and then I move them under a shop light fixture with 2x40w warm white and cool white bulbs until the lights come back on in the morning. I would use a MH but I only have a 400 hps and a 1000 hps and the shop light fixtures. Let me know! Thanks a lot!

do not add any more ferts and make sure ur giving them proper ph'd water(this is key to fast growth) Having proper ph is what makes nutrients available to the plant.. no matter how much nutes u throw on it, if it can absorb the little that is there why would it take more...

the 30-10-10 is wonderful(tons of nitrogen, and less of the P-K)..... welll ive used it outdoors, but u need to be carefule..., those small plants dont need any ferts, their main goal right now to build a healthy roots system... and i promise it is doing that right now as we speak, then a lot of leaf growth comes then the roots will take over the pot it is in, then u need to be careful with the 30-10-10 with a small container like that, u want it to kinda get root bound, but transplant a few days before it is too much... you want the plants roots to basically always be on the offensive in the container.. but if the container can beat the roots, in ways such as overwater, underwater, high ph, low ph, too much ferts, not enough.... it all needs to maintain a proper balence and over time the container is going to lose the needed ingredients in the soil and thats where ferts come in, but with plants that small, u dont need anything but proper water for atleast the next 2 weeks, and at that point u will prolly want to transplant into something bigger and when u introduce new soil all of sudden u have a bunch more unusued nutes that now become available, and in that situation of u wanting to flower quickly, let it veg for 2-3 weeks in the new soil and keep up with just plain water then place into flower, and give them some rose bloom during the firs

during the first week, 3rd week, and 4th week, and jusr water or weak ferts after this and then ur plants begin to look really ugly and the buds are glissening with THC, and they;re getting fat sticky and smelly. for a quick small grow like yours, you wont need much fertz, understand u r susposed to feed, water, feed, water... never feed, feed, feed, feed... some say feed, feed, water, feed, feed, water and so on but unless ur having a deficiency, u dont need to add anything, imagine that.

the rose bloom is i think 10-52-10

I had the same question about my plants in the beginning.. i didnt think they were growing fast enough... next thing i know they are all 2 1/2 feet tall and bushy as hell! Hang in there, once the roots are in place and you move them to a bigger pot they will really start to take off.

When the soil dries out, check to see if the roots are getting bound... they may not look like big plants on the top, but its a completely different story in the bottom.

You can probably use nutes in the 700 - 800 PPM range. if you can test it.

Aero, good news!! Hows your clones coming along? I can't wait to get some from mine, but have minimal side branch growth at the moment. They are deff. starting though. I topped the tallest plant cause I want them to grow at the same heights. I hope I didn't top it too early though. It has 4 full nodes and a top and i topped it this morning and still looks good. Aero, did you top your's at all or prune them? Let me know what to do with this strain because yours looked really good in the last pics! Post some new pics on my thread!

just an update.. I made a new veg room for the girls... instead of having two flower rooms, i sorted out the dominate stronger strains i had and ditched the others and used one of my hps lamps for a veg room. I now have a 400w hps veg room for my unknown rooted clones, NLxskunk and the power skunk, and a 1000w hps room for flowering. I figure being under a 24/0 400w hps, the veg time should definately be faster then the floros I was using.
