Change.org is having some polls about issues that are important to people, so that the Obama administration can gauge the relative importance of various issues. You can vote about the issue of legalizing marijuana for medical and recreational use, here:

We all need to work on this (getting marijuana legalized) to end the bullying by police and DEA of good people and harming their lives and their families.
