Sup guys,
So these are 2 NLxBB from nirvana seeds(:buzz_saw:)
and they have been growing........well. They are 19 days old and my temps are fine (75-78 day/61-68 night) humidity ranges 30-32%, ventilation is cue and all is well in the room.
On the other hand, on the plants leaves the edges curl upward like they are folding in and idk what it is. Ive considered multiple problems like temp to humidity ratio, heat stress, and added nutrients in the perlite i used etc..
The thing of it is that all this is only happening to one of the plants..
I dont get it:wtf:

But anyways if anyone can help out on how to fix this problem or any give any pointers on what it could be it would be very helpfull.
Thanks,

-mickey

Just one out of how many?
Have you considered genetics?
I have 7 babies, 3 fine ones, 2 midgets and one very weird. Same conditions also...

Off the top it looks like heat stress.....but you stated only one plant has the issue (not the one closest to the light is it?). I'd check your ph runoff and see if it is in the proper range for soil. Also could be a bit of overnute......hard to say.....so check everything.

Also not sure about your water source ph......if you are watering with anything outside the range of 6.2-6.8 I'd certainly stop doing it and make sure you water within those ranges.

Thanks weedhound:thumbsup:
And yea actually that one is the closest to the light but i measured the distance from that one to the light and its 20 inches the other one is probly like 21-22 inches away..
but yea the pH is a bit low but ill try to stablize it at a 6.5.:stoned:

Btw those leaves folding like that, thats nothing to worry about right?:rastasmoke:

As long as it stops doing it you're ok......if you move it farther from the light and you are still having problems then I'd look very closely at ph.

Sup guys
Well, the leaf folding problem isnt getting any better but growth is maximum:jointsmile:
Oh and 4 days ago i decided id lst the shorter one since it didnt have as much under growth.. Its looking good and im pretty happy with that plant all together:)
The other one though....
just growing away but pale as hell! almost to the point where i thought it was a zinc def.
but yea no sex yet but they are going into 24 hours of darkness tonite and then we'll 12/12 it up:thumbsup:

I'm sorry.....i didn't make myself clear on my last answer there. The folded leaves themselves will not recover.....but all new growth should be normal, happy and green.....no folding. If your newer growth still folds funny we'll look at the problem again.

ah, ok:thumbsup:
yea the new growth is pretty normal though the tops look like they are very slightly staring to fold but im gunna raise the light and see how that helps:stoned:
