yellow leaves and leaves drooping

this is my first grow and so far so good but i am now seeing yellow leaves and my green ones are drooping i have a homemade box lined with foil dull side out and 200 watts cfl inside i made a clipping with help from my friend and youtube and i still have new growth after but whats with the drooping of the leaves and turning yellow ......HELP anyone:question:

Just from info provided:
Possible heat issue...?
Foil's job in cooking is to retain heat, which it does well. Unless you need the extra heat, I would ditch the foil. Especially when the effective range for CFL's is about 4-6 inches, by the time the light travels to the foil, and back twords the plant, it's travelled too far to be effective.
