What is the name of the Hydroponic setup that the water gets pumped up a tube from a reservoir and then goes into drip stakes? Also what are the pros and cons of this? Im planning to use a rubbermaid container for my growing. So yeah i think dripping is my only option what other options could I do?

Recirculating drip or containerized vertical NFT. It depends on how the rest of the system is built, and what the substrate is. Large-pore substrate (pumice stone, hydroton) should be run as constant flow NFT and small pore (rockwool, coco, perlite) as auto drip.

You could use DWC, drip, even aero in a rubbermade container. If you can, buy yourself a copy of the book How-To Hydroponics. It is available at most hydrostores and also you can by a PDF version online. It will teach you everything about the various methods.
