It's that black cow manure.

Was the cow black with white spots? :wtf:
Can't tell ya what's causing the spots, but I can tell you that you'll need to provide more information if you want a diagnosis. Pictures are always helpful, and filling out the Troubleshooting Form (http://boards.cannabis.com/plant-problems/127058-troubleshooting-form-yay-you-know-you-wanted-one.html) as best as you possibly can will make rooting out the cause much easier.
Take care.

Was the seedling mix pre-fertilized?
How many nodes does your plant have now?
Are the tips burnt, or just purple?
Has it been cold at night?
Is it supposed to be a purple strain?

Expert Gardener organic is per-fertilized.
3 nodes is too young for fertilizer, including manure-amended soils.
Please post pics. 2 wweks, 3 nodes- growth rate is too slow. Something is very worng, and likely it is the soil.
