plant nutrients

i have used no plant food for the veg stage, can i start using it for the flowering stage, will it affect my plants, thanks for the help :thumbsup:

Ok, i am in my 3rd day of flowering, i have got "BIG BUD" - 0-2-4" not sure how to use this...

it says "mix 5 ML per LITRE (1 tsp per quart) into your nutrient solution.
"this will increase solution ppm by approx 300"

i have no other "nutrient solution"
