This might have interesting possibilities. Isn't it a COMMERCE law that the feds use to justify their raids on MMJ? I'm not too smart when it comes to politics/law (if I were good at everything, I'd be scary. ;) lol)...what do you guys think?

Bginning to sound like another 4 years of Clinton instead of any meaningful change.

I've been hearing this a lot lately. We'll see come January if it's another 4 years of Clinton or something new.

They still have to answer to Obama, so just because he's surrounding himself with Clinton people doesn't mean he will let us down.

But you never know.

Neither of the nominees were going to change anything for the better anyhow..it was merely a question of which one was going to make us worse off than the other one..

To the original question, I don't know if the Commerce Secretary has anything to do with national policy regarding MMJ.

Obama is appointing some people from the Clinton adminsitrtion, but I don't think it means a repeat of the same Clinton policies. In order to run a government, you need some insiders who knwo how to get things done, and the only source that Democrats have to draw on for that is from Clinton's administration. But it is the guy in charge that drives policy.

It will definitely be interesting the first year.
