ok i have got a Homebox Grow Tent XXL 240 x 200 x 120 (original) from Homebox & Budbox hydroponic grow tents (http://www.progrow.co.uk/acatalog/info_3534.html) and i was wondering what light system i should use to grow my plants?
I am using a Hydroponics system (IWS System 12 Pot) from Ebb and flow hydroponics systems (http://www.progrow.co.uk/acatalog/info_3629.html)
what lights would go best with both of these?

You could get away with a 600w bulb if you installed rails so you can move your light.. Or you could use 2 400W bulbs..
It looks like all 12 buckets would take up that entire grow box, so you might want to consider something with a switchable ballast.. So you can have your HPS and MH in the same socket.
Personally, i would split the room in two, so you can have a veg side and flower side. that way you dont have to wait 4-6 months between harvests.. smaller harvests, but more of them.. the choice is yours...

I vote 400 w MH/HPS switchable ballast. The 400 bulbs last longer I read. Good luck.

one advantage of 400-watt systems, are the lower-priced lamps, as well ... Google '1000bulbs' for a very good source of bulbs ... they're in TX, and stand behind their stock (a bulb that arrived broken was immediately replaced, even before they received the broken one back) ... nice people to deal with ... I used their cheap $12 HPS bulbs, and noticed absolutely NO difference, from when I was using the $75+ Hortilux bulbs ... they also used to stock a 400-watt 'conversion' bulb, for about $30, that is a metal-halide lamp, that works with a HPS ballast (actually gives off more lumens than their 'regular' MH lamp, go figure) ... great results with all ...
