My plants are about 43 days old and are flowering and a friend wants a clone or 2 is it still of after she begins to flower? thanks

It depends on when you started flowering. If it's 43 days into flowering then yes it's way too late to clone it. If it's in the first week or two or flowering you can still get them to root.

Its never to late to take a clone....you can take a clone even if your plant is in bud or has buds:D

You want a small lower inside inner branch..... change shop lights to 24/7 it takes a person in dirt 3-4 weeks to root the bud... then about 2 weeks after rooting branches will grow out of the bud.:thumbsup:

I believe this is called jumping a generation when you go through the plants entire life cycle and pull a clone after its been budding for awhile and revert it back to vegetive growth

does it have to be 24/7 or can you go 18/6 ?:silly:

18/6 is fine, but keep ease-up on light intensity, (raise 'em) keep the clones soil fairly well-hydrated and have some patience. It'll take a while. Might even be more rewarding waiting till harvest, and re-vegging the lady. After re-veg, (takes about two weeks) she will throw-out numerous shoots just dying to become clones. Just a thought...
