Leaves withering

I left my two plants alone for three days without water while i was on a family trip. I returned to find my purple bubba plant was doing fine but every leave on my ice is withered and drooping. I need help please i just watered them as soon as I got back and that was just a few minutes ago. The plant is still green and not dead yet but i don't know what to do :( any help is appreciated.

Is it still droopy?
It usually takes about a half hour for a very thirsty plant to bounce back after watering, as long as the roots did not get damaged.
Next time you go on vacation, switch to backup lighting like tube flouros or a couple CFLs so the plant does not drink so much.

yes it is still droopy and the other plant is starting to look like it as well :( . The leaves are very crisp as well and the plant is on being grown on CFLS. The leaves are twisted and contorted as well as being withered and dry if thats any help. I'll get a picture up soon

What else have you given them besides water recently? How high did your temperatures climb while you were gone?

I just give them a fourth of a teaspoon of foxfarms vegetative nutrients everytime i water them which is every few days. I have no way of knowing how high the temperature is in there but it has been pretty much the same since i began and they weren't doing this before.

I ask because when you combine low moisture with high temperature and a heavy fertilizer load, it is easier to get past that point where your plants do not recover from desiccation.

I'm about to go and spray the leaves with some water and a slight amount of nutrient would that be a good idea or should i leave out the nutrient. By the way thank you so much your a lifesaver stinky :thumbsup:

Plant on left is saveable. Plant on right kinda looks like a lost cause, sadly.
I am going to make a couple more recs here. Next time you re-pot, make sure the plants sit HIGHER in the pot- there should not be such a lot of rim showing- less than an inch.
I see slight tip-burn and it looks like you may have given too much nitrogen at some point recently. Next time you go to water, use only plain tap water and give a lot, so that water runs out the holes in the pot.
Are there built in trays under those pots? TEAR THEM OFF NOW!!! Really. They cause root rot big time.

Thanks for the help. So there is no hope at all for the Ice? Any advice on when i should re-pot? Ill do all that and there are no built in trays I handled that situation earlier ;).

It's not a huge deal because the plant is not all that large. Your #`1 priority should be improving ventilation so that your plant grows faster- a fast-growing plant goes through a lot more water and food and there is less chance of root rot when available soil moisture is actually being used instead of sitting there stagnant.

Okay ill do that, i was planning on purchasing a 250 cfm inline fan soon anyway so that should work out. I appreciate the help and so does my plant, thanks :).
