in FL, 25 plants and over is a minimum of 15 years
24 and under is a maximum of 5 five years
so this obviously means that, based on intensity from 1-24 plants, they will determine how to punish u
people say that u can get ur house taken for just 1 plant, is that true?

with a lawyer and all, what would some get for say just 1 or 2 plants? couldnt they just give like a posession charge or sumnthing?

Normally its the feds that get involved in home confiscation and usually they don't get invovled unless its more than a 100 plants. But there are always exceptions. Most pot cases in my state are plea bargained down.

do u think that if i were to speak with a doctor and have him state that the use of marijuanna would help to treat my insomnia, that maybe the court would be a little more merciful on me?

iuno bru.. dont plan on getting caught is all I can say. The thing is manufacturing or growing of any drug is worse than possession even if you're not distributing it.. so it is what it is.

if you only have a couple of plants they are not gonna sweat you. you would probably get a misdemeanor possesion ticket. maybe some other charge, i'm not sure about the "manufacturing" charges for weed. the letter from your doc might help, but if it's illegal it's illegal. if you do/did get busted you will more than likely plea bargin to probation. probably anywhere from 3 months of mail in to 1 year of regular check in. just a guess though.

We have serious growing laws in washington. But they are rarely used unless they are big grows, obviously for generating income. Ortherwise they are plea bargained down. Here it doesn't matter if its 1 plant or 90 plants. The law is the same. I would recommend just growing enough for personal consumption. Then you have a better arguement in court.
