Let's name some of the more arcane but amazing material from the bands you really dig. For example, if you love Hendrix, everyone knows Purple Haze and All Along the Watchtower....Love or Confusion, 1983, If 6 Was 9, and Drifting are not as well known.

I'll go:

Led Zeppelin: The Lemon Song, Down by the Seaside, Tangerine, The Battle of Evermore, The Rover

Jimi Hendrix: Those I mentioned, plus Bold as Love, Spanish Castle Magic, Isabella

Bob Dylan: Ballad of a Thin Man, Sad Eyed Lady of the Lowlands, If You See Her Say Hello, Idiot Wind

The Doors: Take It as It Comes, The Crystal Ship, When the Music's Over, Twentieth Century Fox, The WASP (Texas Radio and the Big Beat)

Jefferson Airplane: Today, Triad, Good Shepherd, Wooden Ships, Martha, D.C.B.A.-25, ReJoyce, Mexico (a TERRIFIC ode to pot)

I may add more later. You go.
