Ok I have 5 plants that are two weeks old. they have their second set of leaves and I have begun to wind stress em.
I am growing them hydroponically.
I started with 10 but 3 never made it and 2 are retarded growers (slow and growing like a twisted vine).
My question is...........When are they no longer seedlings?
I would like to know this so I know when to start to give them full strenth nutes.
thanks

Usually at about 2 weeks...or a couple sets of leaves since germ. You have to build your nutes up slowly....can't just suddeny pour in full strength. If you've lost a few plants already (which you mentioned) and others are not growing well then there is a reason for that.....and it's not the plant's age. Better to diagnose what's making your plants sick than to just keep losing them and starting over.

it could just be bad beans. are they bag seed or custom genetics? also, organic nutes are a lot more forgiving that chemical ones. just something to keep in mind.

I would suggest just using Ph'd tap water till they have 3 sets of "normal" leaves. Then like weedhound said build up slowly as not to stress them the fuck out.

Organics can fry a plant just as dead as a chemical nute, so best not to overdo it with either.
