just search on Google, you'll find hundreds of guides... But it all comes to practice, practice, practice.

Since your a beginner, you might want to look up the dollar bill rolling method.(not using it as a paper) Its alot easyer to roll a perfect joint with a dollar bill.

nah, websites aren't so good.
take out ur paper. fold one half over the half with the gummed side running along the long side of it. so now u got ur crease. Make it look like a boat (basically pull the paper so it was like it was before, only now it has a crease). Load grinded weed in (grinded preferably). pinch the corners u have on the crease and shake the weed around to evenly disribute. Now while pinching hte corners of the crease lift the soon to be joint in the air.
Now start moving the non-gummed side (not sticky part) against the weed. U are making the weed roll up inside. Now get it mega tight and pinch the two walls of paper u have together. make sure the gummed side is facing u but is not the wall of paper closest u. the gummed part also has to be slightly above the other wall. While keeping the joint tight roll the papers around and around till u are left with only the gummed part waiting to be rolled. slober that (the wetter the better) and push it againts the joint. Some gums are assholes about sticking down. so either start with a diff paper :( or cut the gum off one paper and lick it on the joint to hold it.
close one end after stuffing all dropped weed in it. Just roll the little end that u see in movies. u know the poker jobber.
with the other end I prefer to put a filter in. do this by getting anything harder than ur papers that is paper (cardboard or grocery bag) and roll it into a circle to frame the other end from the inside. this just keeps it open and helps make the joint hit nicely.
practice makes perfect. if u got any cooking herbs practice rolling with those.
mmmmm..... coconut. I got some hemp flavored papers now. I think I will get some skunk ones next time :)
