Creataline (sp) is a by product of the urine which labs loook at the levels to determine if someone was intentionally waterloading. Less the 20 will show up as a dilute, resulting in a possible retest. If it's for court stuff, it will often be consider as bad as a positive. That is why CREATINE suppplement is needed. It takes the body 24-48 hours to naturally process into creataline in the urine. Read the back of the bottle/jar you buy and double the recommended dose. Always start creatine about 3 days before real test. It's not needed for practice runs at home.

I have herd good results with Creatine. A Friend in the Army said it not just hides THC but it almost masks everything. I took his word for it because the Army is smart and so are the people in it.

I wouldnt take creatine, i took it for one year when i was on the wrestling team.
Ya i know using it a couple times wont matter but, if u take alot and dont run and lift ur going to become a fat turd
And the "Muscle" u get while on creatine is mostly water, and when u eventully stop lifting, the muscle u got while on creatine looks like fat very very fast.
But like i said using a few tims wont matter.

Like KNOTME pointed out, creatine supplements are used to help prevent a sample from being ruled "too-dilute" due to large water consumption.
Water consumption lowers the creatinine level in a urine sample. A urine sample with a creatinine level between 2 - 20 mg/dL is ruled "too-dilute". Therefore, when utilizing dilution protocols, creatinine levels must be maintained (through the use of creatine supplements, or consuming red meats and fish 2-3 days before the scheduled U/A).
Creatine and creatinine levels have nothing to do with the masking of THC or any other type of drug.

I don't see how creatine would help w/ drug testing. Just reciting what I learned in lecture last week -
Creatine is an effective way of having energy available throughout "oxygen debt". Oxygen debt occurs in your muscles, 10 seconds after working out. During these 10 secs, all the available ATP is used up. After this period, the ATP to power your muscles is created anaerobically (inefficient). Creatine (or I think creatinase) is used by your muscles during Oxygen Debt instead of ATP, for energy. This means extra strength and endurance for whomever is active.

I don't see how creatine would help w/ drug testing. Apparently, you didnt read my post. If my post has no effect, then read the Dilution sticky thread or make use of the Search button, using terms creatinine, dilution, drug testing. And if that doesnt do you any good, then make use of your preferred search engine.

I dont see how any of this has anything to do with the topic of drug testing.

The army is smart = no they know how to act with a sense of authority
Authority does not equal intelligence

You may be right in regards to the lesson that being lectured about last week, but I don't think they were speaking in terms of beating a drug test and what labs look for. The dilution is JUST a temporary way to hopefully fool the drug test cops. If you combined what you learned at lecture and what labs look for here, you will better understand our logic.
