i'm useally quite laid back but do have a bit of a short temper which the herb helps me with, but just lately smoking is makeing me grumpy, irritable and i seem to be moaning about the silliest little things. i am a heavy user and toke 24/7 never use to feel like this just been lately, i have not had a smoke for the last 2 days because of this, as it's not fair on everybody around me, wtf i love my smoke so why is the herb being so cruel to me?:(

Did you get new stock?
Might be a reaction at the strain you are smoking...

most of the time i smoke ak47 and lowryder2 but have switched to cheese for a bit of a change, never felt like this before and have smoked cheese plenty of times before without this reaction, i'm going to make a couple of calls and get something differant, it could just be the cheese fucking my head up.

try not smoking to eliminate the possibility that it is the herb that is giving you problems it might be something else

if something made me angry, etc., I would avoid it ... isn't it nice to know you can quit smoking pot, whereas other drugs (even prescription) may be a major difficulty in quitting ? ...

That sucks. I have gotten that way before without any change in the weed I was smoking. I can usually track it back to being either unresolved stress, changes in sleep or poor eating. Then other times there is no explanation.
It probably is a good idea to switch strains for now if the cheese is doing you wrong. You will get back to yourself again, I'm sure. :)

anger is spiritual. It starts out as a root of bitterness, like a clone, then grows too big to remember what it was. I believe removing excess anger takes conscious effort to reprogram ourselves. Repeat this to yourself whenever you begin getting mad: "Shut the F*** up, Shut the F*** up, ect" until your internal dialogue is quiet.
Works for me. Just keep smoking. :hippy:

Yah unresolved issue, if you find yourself irritable with no immediate explanation it could be an issue youre not thinking about consiously but its still triggers the feeling. Anything to be pissed about man? Everything all good with the world?

Hell, maybe you have some bad karma or something....ever committed a serious weed sin, like taking 12 hits before passing?

i've got to go into hospital for a small op, i hate hospitals remind me of being back in prison, maybe this is sub consiously playing on my mind. stopping smoking hasn't made that much of a differance,i still feel angry and irritable. picked up a bit of pollen last night still made no differance so i know it wasn't the cheese:( i suppose i will just have to deal with this small bout of depression i'm going through. thanks for the input everybody:thumbsup:

It's not the cannabis that makes you angry, it's the mood you're in before you smoke which carries through. Go in to it with an open, peaceful, tranquil state of mind, think about how pointless it is getting angry.

Here is a NLP technique:
Rise up above yourself and view yourself in a hospital in pain or uncomfortable. If it still bothers you, rise up higher and make the picture black n white, then add carnival music to the background, maybe add a funny hat on the doctor. This works for bad memories.
For future events, see through your eyes at the tiny little hospital and the smurf sized doctor squeeking high pitched sounds at you. Tower above them as you walk towards the hospital for your surgery. Hear 100 black women singing "HALLELUJAH" really loud. Add to it some drums, and people cheering you on. Then say to yourself "I GOT this shiiiiiiit!" Then do it again twice as loud.
Now go smoke some dank! Woohooooo!

What the f....................................
But yeah, its definitely the hospital thing in your head....Once you can conquer your hate of it (or at least stop thinking about it) then you will be fine...But once you have the operation and are out it wont be a bother anymore.:hippy:

I think it's the fact you have to go back to the hospital. It's not pleasant to know you gotta go in for an operation and stay there for an extended visit. Of course you'll feel unpleasant! Good luck with the op tho, you'll come out as good as new, just be positive.

you must smoke a strain called el diablo, cause thats what i would call it.
But seriously. Obviously there is an underlying cause for your bitterness and anger. Though what it is might not be something good either, like others have said it could be an issue your facing now, or have faced, or will have to face, and it is making you angry. Or it could be something much different like your personality, which means instictively you can be an easy person to anger, though it may not show through too much because you have trained yourself to settle this emotion when its not appropriate and when you get high you just lose control of the switch and you go bonkers. Who knows, just do some deep thinking about your actions, and what you have done, and has been done to you and im sure you will find the root to all this evil.

Great! There another proof that the herb is not bad and it even help you out, in this case, to figure out what was the problem and fix it.

Im not and for the last 2 weeks ive been really pissed and easily irritated but hey thats life for me so i deal with it. Im just guessing its not the weed.

Dude its the strain. Me and my buddy always have a great time when we smoke. Last week we had the opportunity of picking up some new green and we got it and split two quads each. When I started smoking I would become elated but feel irritable. Later that week I talked to my buddy and he said he noticed he was feeling angry when he smoked and then I said me too , I thought it was just me ! :stoned:
