Ok well i just baught fox farms, Big Bloom, open sesame, beastie boys, and cha-ching.
First question i have is, should i mix big bloom and calmag plus to my everyday water?
my plants are about 2 months into veg and i plan on switching the lights to 12/12 tomarrow, should i start giving it the open sesame now, or wait a week into flowering?
Anyone have good expierence with the fox farm nutrients, any advice on feeding schedual? I saw the one foxfarms has on the website, dont know if it is the best schedual.
Thanks alot!!!

Follow the recommended dosage that FF gives on the chart. But use the LOWER number each time, and only feed every OTHER watering. I use all 6 FF nutes, and have learned the hard way how hot they are...

If you use tap water, I would give half-dosage of CalMag, once a week. If on filtered or bottled water, one regular dose per week.
Regarding the Fox Farms schedule...in veg I follow it to a tee, in flower I use regular strength Tiger Bloom, half-strength Big Bloom, and after a month of flower...I start adding the Cha Ching (lower dose) and molasses to the regimin.
IMHO, Open Sesame isnt really necessary, but I'd like to try the Beastie Bloomz sometime. (fixed income prevents this)

i use reverse osmosis system water.
What does the molasses do?
and should i stop giving it any nutrients like 2 weeks before i chop my plants down.

blackstrap molasses is tasty goodness! I used it and tiger bloom and big bloom til about a week before chop time, then gave her a nice flush. The word on the street is that it gives you a larger yield...Jorge Cervantes has some pictures in the marijuana growers bible that shows a bud w/o molasses and one with. The one fed molasses is about 20% larger than the one not fed molasses.

Fox Farms has done most of the leg work for us. The only devation I use is I only use water for the first week after germination. Then I follow the schedule they recommend until I decide to flower.
During flower follow the instructions provided by Fox Farms. I have found out the hard way not to over feed with the solubles. Plus I only use the lower ratio of 1/4 teaspoon of the solubles EVERY OTHER WATERING.
The last week to 10 days of flowering I use water mixed with 1 tablespoon of molasses per gallon. I hope this helps.

Why...? I can understand doing this for a few days or maybe even a week at the most, but you are restricting growth during what I consider the most important time during the grow, when all of the bulk is added. Do you put her in total darkness for a few days before harvest, too?
Also, what's up with the caps lock...?

ok Rusty.. sounds good but I've never heard anybody say only flush a few days before harvest. I know the ferts are organic but still... why shouldnt it be flushed for up to 2 weeks?

I've always flushed 2 weeks before harvest(with Final Flush once or twice the final week),as I've never grown 100% organically and would rather lessen the chance of any chemical residue within my grow...I do give em molasses or SWEET until the week before harvest...:stoned::smokin:

i went 100% organic last time and as i said before flushed about a week before harvest and mine had zero chemical taste...in fact it tasted almost like tea leaves, Yum!
