NEED HELP, GROW TENT, TEMPS AND TIPS

I just set up a grow tent in a walk in closet and im having temp issues .... here are my specs on it , 2x4x7 hydro hut tent, 4x2 ebb n flow set up, 20 gal res, two 12" fans pushing air around in the tent, a 600 hid ballast running hps/mh, the light fixture is a 6" cooltube running duct up and out of the tent into a small room adjacent to the closet. in that room their is a 6" inline fan pulling out of the tent and pushing into a can filter. The total amount of duck is less than 10' with two 90 degree bends......... Temps in the grow tent are still reaching 87 is this way too hot?? I need some ideas and really need to know if 87 is going to do any negative side affects to the plant ???

correct me if im wrong... there are 2 total inline fans. one sucking air through the light and one sucking air out of the tent? you NEED to have a fresh air inlet into the tent. a few spaces i have built utilize 1 big fan acting as 2 parts and one small fan bringing in new fresh air. the big fan was hooked up 2 a y pipe, wich was pulling hot air from my cool tube and from the room at the same time.the second fan was bringing in fresh air. your circular fans are there to act as wind and help keep the temps balanced.just remember your re creating nature.when i was trying to sart my own little buisness doing hydroponic bell peppers i had my inline fresh air fan fail and destroy my entire crop in less than 4 hours whal i was out of town. it is vital to have fresh air flow.

oh, also. is 86 deg during your light period? you could always prop open to tent and try and draw in fresh air via 12" fan. just keep it zipped during your sleep schedule. my plant were 70 deg at night and about 80-85 during the day.mostly in the afternoon though so i just left the grow room doors open during the hot period of the day and i was fine. hope this helps a little, im new here so i dont really expect any one to listen to me or anything,however its worth a shot just to see if it helps you like it did me.good luck!!!
