Hi anybody out there. New to the board and wondered if anyone could help. I started taking skunk about 4 years ago and have some ups and downs re quality as I have frequently had to swap supplier. Recently, however, I have been getting virtually nothing out of good skunk (even one bag in an Amsterdam coffeeshop). This has largely coincided with me taking Prozac for depression. Can anyone tell me if Prozac nullifies THC or something similar? I also smoke, drink and take amitriptyline. Any help much appreciated.

If I remember correctly, Prozac has some type of effect on your nervous system or something in order to calm you down. In my mind, I can see a link with that and the perception of not being high. You may not feel your high because you are too relaxed on Prozac. Do you have a prescription for Prozac? If not, it is recommended you STOP taking it. Also, if you drink excessively, your high sensation will become dulled while intoxicated. Don't you know? Cannabis is more of a solo herb.

Dunno about any links between THC and Prozac, but please consider not drinking alcohol with the combo therapy you have listed.
Put simply, Amitriptyline doesn't work in the presence of alcohol.

A lot of drugs can interfere with and even counteract prozac and vice versa.
I recommend that you follow your course of prozac if it has been prescribed by your general practitioner.
Taking a break from the herb might help things. Even if it doesn't - it'll lower your THC tolerance and so perhaps after a break for a month or so, you'll be able to feel the effects more.

Skunk is a strong mix of sativa and indica - v popular in UK.
That and the nicotine and alcohol aren't prescribed by the doctor but the Prozac and Amitriptyline are. Thanks for the advice. I'm happy to read any more.
