My plants have been in flowering for 2weeks and 5days they are strechinging quite a bit. They are under a 250w red spectrume eco-light. The plants that are stretching are the g13s anyone know when they will stop stretching?
Cheers
Tom

Stretching is very normal during the flowering phase. Some strains may more than triple their height after the vegetative phase. Post a pic if you can though. Just to make sure nothing's wrong :)

Plants look great to me! Someone more familiar with those strains could tell you how much stretch to expect. The bushy plant looks to be an indica dominant strain, while the tall one seems to be mostly sativa. Seems normal to me! Just my :twocents:

Ya some strains get mad stretch and some don't. I have a little MK-ultra that is staying, tight, short, and fat and then a couple blueberry Hazes that will damn sure triple in height. All depends on the strain.

It's the red light. Red light encourages stretch. It's not necessarily a bad thing, but if you don't want as much, leave the plants under BLUE light for the first 2 weeks of flower. Most stretching in flower is done between weeks 1 and 3. It slows and even stops after that time.
