OK now that most of the country has accepted the Medical Marijuana states and have passed laws to allow it. how long do you think it will take for a pioneer state to go fully leagle 21 years and over like alcohol for upto an ounce or even 1/4 ounce personal use?
And what state do you think will be the first state to become heaven? :hippy::pimp:

I think Oz will be first -- the Wizard will legalize it within 2 years. Then Oompah Loompah Land will soon follow.
Seriously, I think it is a long way off. And I'm not sure I agree that, "most of the country has accepted the Medical Marijuana states and have passed laws to allow it." Most of the country does NOT have laws to allow it, right? Only a few states allow it, I think. And even in those few states, the Federal laws still apply...

Ha ha!
Ok, let me clarify. This part is a joke:
I think Oz will be first -- the Wizard will legalize it within 2 years. Then Oompah Loompah Land will soon follow.
This part is serious:
Seriously, I think it is a long way off. And I'm not sure I agree that, "most of the country has accepted the Medical Marijuana states and have passed laws to allow it." I think it will be long time before any state legalizes for personal recreational use. And I was questioning what you said about the majority of the country already passing laws to legalize Medical Marijuana. I don't think MOST of the country has done that --- only a few states have done that at this point. At least that is what I think --- I don't really know for sure about the MMJ laws across the whole country, but I'm pretty sure it is not legal in MOST states. And in those states that do allow MMJ, people still have to deal with Federal laws that make it illegal, so we are not as close as you were suggesting.
