Hey, I know I've been spamming alot lately about stuff but anyway. Does anyone know how to help lower your THC, So coupled with a few days break I can get higher off less weed. Because I used to only take like 1 or 2 hits and be wrecked but now I have to a bowl to myself before I get high.

drinking tea and working out is a good idea

plus u get into shape and ur body gets cleaned out...not bad

I find nothing shorter than a 2 week break will lower my resistance, sucks but thats how it is. I gave up on finding ways to lower my resistance , im just always searching for stronger pot :D

THis is going to sound gay but when i use to smoke I smoked on the weekends so when i smoked a dyme with 3 other people i would get ripped. i never abused and i just smoked on weekends and it lovely i could smoke .2 and be high ass shit

keep several different strains around. it's not thc as a whole you're burning out on it's the single strain usage. try to keep a nice indi along with a sativa and switch back and forth and i'm sure you'll see a diff...

sometimes i will just not smoke for a night. but it wont last long.

Does exercise help because you sweat it out? Because if that's the case, couldn't you also sit in a steam bath for awhile?

The only thing that works for me is to wait it out... sweating, tea, all that other stuff, I think it's just an old wives' tale (I love that expression... I can just picture old wives talking about how to lower tolerance to weed...)

Exercise helps because THC is stored as a metabolite in your fat cells. When you exercise you burn off the fat cells, and that releases the THC into your bloodstream and urine. You piss out the THC metabolites, so you get the THC out of your system.
For me, just exercising for a week and not smoking is enough to get me, as my friend says, STONED TO DA BONE!
And I'm 230 pounds, 6 foot nothing. I work out all the time though.

This is what i dont understand.Whats a bowl is it a cone ? or is it the bowl that u put the weed in after its chopped ? And whats a hit a full cone or a puff of a joint ?
Anyways i get much more stoned when i dont smoke for a few days.I have 2 cones in the morning as soon as i open my eyes thats good and thats when i get more stoned.I can easily smoke 2 grams by myself in a few hours if i want to be really stoned.To me thats a bowl.Sometimes takes me alot sometimes only few.I had 3 when i woke up today 7 hrs ago and i have not had any since.As soon as my bf gets home i will chop again ive been trying not to smoke if im at home in the day.

The best methods, time off smoking (for which there is NO substitute), and burning calories have been mentioned.

Another effective method is using the fact that we can also develop tolerances to the different deliveries of smoke. For instance, while bongs generally yield the highest volume hits, if you always smoke b's, and it's been a while since hitting a pipe or j, it can be surprisingly different.

I will usually withold one method from my rotation, then boom, pop it back in when it becomes too familiar.

A bowl, is a pipe, (can be glass or metal or whatever) that mostly has a carb on it. OR a bowl can be the bowl on the slide of your bong. Taking a hit just means inhaling from the bowl.

100% true wen ever i order from budmail and i gfet differant strains i get real fucked up i just change strain daily :p it works i get fed up if i smoke allot of the same stuff i get used to it.
