Why is my reputation disabled?
Is it because something i have posted?
Because i haven't received anything saying i have had a warning.

I'm not sure but I think you may need to reach the magic 50 posts before you can use it.
OR
You have it disabled in your User CP.

Go to user CP, then click on edit options.
