It would be nice if someone stepped forward and tried to get her the right papers so she could try to immigrate to our country. I suppose that would be a conspiracy though.

Yeah!
Actually what has already happened in real life guys, the evil Bush has already made an executive order stating something to the effect of all deportation orders must go through some additional oversight not normally required, and that order is in effect until after the election.
He did that for a reason.
He is not a bad guy.
He did not want that woman to be used as a political tool in this election, he is doing what he thinks is best.
I know that may be hard for some folks here to swallow, but it's true.

It's not just bashing Muslims, it is the best way they have to use the race card against Obama without being too blatant about it. Since they can't come right out and attack him on the color of his skin, they can make weird accusations of his being a Muslim - because of the color of his skin. It is a racial attack by proxie.

It points to a real problem with the separation of church and state in this country as well - Being an active Christian is almost an absolute requirement to run for higher office in the United States today. Back when John Kennedy was running for office, he was seen as possibly being TOO religious because he was a Catholic. Now the times have changed - candidates have to prove that they are religious (Christian) enough. In The United States Of America, a candidate's religion should never even be a topic of discussion unless they are a fanatic who places their religion before logic in matters of public policy - forcing candidates to prove that they are fanatical enough is backwards and counter-productive to good government and blatantly anti-American.

I too get a little disturbed at muslim bashing. I'm an athiest but have had friends who are all belong to different religous sects. I have no problem with there beliefs. Muslims are almost the exact same thing as christians. They just believe christ was an aposrle not the messiah. Have known a lot of cambodians that are muslims. Very nice people.

well, obamas solution to all immigration problems is just to simply remove the word ILLEGAL from the term illegal immigration, making everyone legal. not a bad idea considering all of them would vote for obama in 2012. but obama is going to destroy america if we let him, his ideas make about as much sense as not smoking weed on 4-20.
