Light won't come on!

I changed rooms because it has more space and now the light won't come on. It just has a dim glow to it. Iwaited thirty five minutes and it still did'nt come on; so i unplugged it and waited a few minutes and plugged it back in and POOF! it came right on and is as bright as it ever was. Everything is grounded and has three prong ends. Ieven bought a new timer and power strip and still nothing. Could it be the wall socket is'nt grounded because it sounds like something is'nt grounded. It's a 1000 watt MH.

thats some fucked up shit man, maybe its ur circuit breaker or somethin, or ur runnin too much power to a single outlet. i have a 1000 watt hps, and its never dont that wacked out shit!

Yeah..that might be what it tis man. I have alot of shit running from that one outlet man..i have the light two blowers a fan and a humidifier on that one outlet man.

That is very unsafe and will cause a fire. 1 15 amp breaker for your 1000 watt light. Try to stay below 1100 watts on a single 15 amp breaker.
Make sure no other lights or plugs use the same breaker you use for your grow.

The bulb has to cool down before it will restart.As for power a 1000 use about 9.5 or so amps of power

ther are a set of cap's in your balest.. thay mite say starter on them? thay kick the light to give it the fire to start ...i would look at that...good look...the king..

Yeah i would say the same as King , Starter or ignighter looks like a battery with 2 wires going to it.
They are Very expensive. :eek:
