What kind of soil are you using, and have you mixed anything into it?

It looks like they've got a bad case of nute burn.

Aloha Ian,

IMO, those plants appear to be overwatered.
Let them dry out a bit.
Cannabis requires good drainage.
Where did the soil come from?
Some commercial soils, (Miracle grow fer instance), have nutes added and can "burn" seedlings.
When you are ready to transplant add some perlite to your soil.
Always aerate your water just before using, and let them dry a little between waterings.
No wanna love 'em to death.;)

Just, :twocents:. A bargain at half the price.:D

Regards,
Weezard

Ouch! Not good.
Regular Miracle Grow will burn seedlings.
And, as you've seen, needs lots of help with it's drainage.

They make an MG that is specifically for seedlings that is not as "hot".

"Now he tells me!":D

They could survive this, but they will probably never be 100%.
You might want to start over, or start some new beans in perlite/Rockwool/coco, actually any medium that is not pre-fertilized.
Sorry, can't tell you exactly how to fix this.
Hope someone here can.

Regards and good luck
Weezard
