Cal mag Plus (different from reg cal mag? idk)
2-0-0
Calcium, Magnesium and Iron supplement by Botanicare
Recommended application rate normally is sufficient to make up for any deficiences in most soil or hydroponic formulas. Note - In hydroponics, iron falls out of the solution relatively fast due to use of magnetic driven pumps without grounding probes and high levels of dissolved oxygen from air stones and pumps.
thats the directions on the back of the bottle
Mostly its used for ppl who use Reverse Osmosis/distilled water because it contains no additives this product makes up for
Faucet water should contain these things, but I use cal-mag with it anyway since I got my nutrients in a package
Hope this helps!

I already have this at my house becuase are tap watter is very bad.
Does the water from a reverse osmosis have the things in it, like calcium and so on.

RO water is pure, meaning it lacks those nutrients...
CalMag is necessary for you if you have RO, otherwise your plants will suffer from calcium and magnesium deficiencies.
I get my nutrients/supplements at Discount Hydroponics, and they have great prices... here's a link directly to their CalMag Plus page, but feel free to check out the rest of their selection too! :)

Just go by the directions, adding however many teaspoons per gallon it says to use for whatever phase of growth your plants are in... Just mix it right in with your nutrient water.
It'll differ from phase to phase, i.e. when the plants are seedlings it'll say to use this much, then when they're midsize vegetative you'll use a little more, mature/transitional use a little more, etc.
It's never a large amount used at a time, usually 2-3 tsp per gallon of water
A gallon will last you a LONG time. :)
Quarts last me 2 or 3 grows (I grow 2-3 plants at a time).
