id live in the roman times, i seen the movie gladiator today and would love to go to war dressed like that fighting sword to sword.

After living in Sydney in the early 80's, (USA, 60's) I think the 60's, peace, love, weed,
What else could you want, besides, memorise the lotto numbers and your set!!! haha

I would have to say I'm pretty glad I'm alive now. Stronger weed, and who wants to live without the technology we have now? Living in the past would suck, I would rather go to my freezer to grab some steak then go out and kill the cow and if i wanted to keep my meat for more then a day or two have to sail some damn ship to China for some spices. I would rather go to my fridge for some milk then be sitting on some stool milking me a glass. Right now is the time period to be! Representin the 21st century yo!

60's for sure; I was there. Almost civilized by todays standards, but not yet afflicted with AIDS, the war on drugs, Rosie O'Donnel etc. Vietnam, civil rights, and the cold war were something of a problem, though.

I take exception to the comment about the drugs, there was more than enough potency in our substances to get you where you wanted to be, believe me.

id just like to be in a fuckin paradisiac island with plenty of good weed, nice woman and a fuckin light transparent blue water with a nice bamboo home with monkeys dancing around the fire eatin marsmallow and takin midnight bath with my wife smokin and takin it ez just far away from stupid civilisation. yea, thats bout it. did u guys see The beach? well thats the sort of place id like to live.

I'd go for the Roman Empire. It's my favorite time period, and I'm already prepared: I can read Latin and ancient Greek :D All I gotta do is look for a marijuana plant and then I'm in heaven lol

I don't think even that would be much of a problem. The plant was well-known in Europe by the time of the Romans. In fact, we get the word cannabis (and, interestingly enough, the word canvas) from the Latin word for hemp.

I'd like to live in the future, something like the year 3000, if we haven't used up all the Earths' resources and its not a waste land. I'd like to see all the of the new technological advances that we will have. If I could, I'd rather be born in the year 3000 or more.

thats the best time to live in i think especially if ur a pot smoker, in the 70's there was a moment when weed was legalized a very tiny moment but hey its also how free it was and the music was great im a rap/hiphop head but i love how rock was in the 70's...there somtin bout it...maybe because it was drugged up...70's ALL THE WAY :D

Hey FLesh I'll come with you too ancient greece and rome and we'll make them build their plumbing out of bronze and copper instead of iron. And, then we can travel to India and Afghanistand to get our "plants" he he. Just no letting the secret of gunpowder slip ;)

if i could choose a space in time where i could live id choose the 60's. must be great to know that u were part of that space in time. great music flourishing out of every corner in the country the abscence of drug laws and the feeling that we will all overcome. i believe i was screwed over big time by the man that lives in the sky :(
