Hydro, how many pots?

When the roots are sticking out of my rapid rooter plugs and fuzzy, is it ok to move them to my 3 gallon bucket ebb and flow system, or do I have to put them in 3" net pots first and then transfer them? Growing from seedling is hardly documented compared to cloning!

Im confused! More details on your set up? are you using 3 gals. or net buckets?
after I get some feet on mine Ill throw them into a larger rockwool cube..but if your running a aeroponic you could just throw them in!

How is it does it have to be seed. Or does it have to be in water...
Also I have a light, each they 250 watts.
I don't know exactly how much I am suposed to use...
