Maybe Female?

I'm not sure what the heck those things are called - maybe someone will chime in with the answer. They will grow from the base of each leaf/branch at every node - regardless of gender. I don't see any preflowers yet, though. The female preflower will be a very thin white 'tentacle' (actually a pistil) that looks a bit like a microscopic pipe-cleaner which tapers toward the tip.

its a female man i can barely see it but i see the hairs

Those hairlike things on the stem are called stipules, and it is from behind them that the plant's preflowers will emerge.
As for now... well, the pic's a bit too blurry to tell if there's anything there yet.
